Every Sunday, Solis Restaurant hosts creative brunches, where gastronomy and art merge to offer you vibrant emotions and new experiences.

We invite you to a creative brunch on October 19th.

A journey through the flavors of Asia: warming tonkatsu ramen with a perfect balance of umami, a fragrant wok with seafood, or tender chicken of your choice. The carving station is complemented by exquisite appetizers, fresh salads, and Asian pastries.

— Live music — Maria Colli Impeccable vocal technique and an exquisite repertoire reminiscent of classical jazz. Her captivating charisma creates a special atmosphere for the evening and complements the gastronomic and wine experiences.

— Florarium Masterclass Immerse yourself in the art of creating miniature botanical worlds. Under the guidance of an experienced florist, you will create a unique living arrangement—your own elegant ecosystem in glass. You will master the intricacies of plant selection and compositional solutions, and discover the secrets of properly caring for your handmade garden. Each florarium will become a unique work of art.

Guests will be welcomed at 1:00 PM.
